True launch bar does not appear to all users.

I'm using true launch bar since past many yrs.

I have have some admin users and also local users on my pc.
No matter if i install TLB from any admin user (even tried Administrators a/c), the right-click taskbar option give does not contain TRUE LAUNCH BAR option to activate the bar.

Its only available for my user a/c.

U can activate Quick launch bar bt when again right cliking task bar u get multiple quick launch options.

I did install winxp bt same issue.
using tlb ver. 4.2

I'm not sure but the toolbars menu is not complete. This menu must have some more items by default. Maybe you have some registry problems. Please check if the registry key exists:

Create it if does not exists

yes it exists.
n winxp mean Windows XP, i also tried reinstalling my operating system. As per my past experiences, I even tried another installer of TLB bt even after that it might work sometimes just fine with all users else works only with my user a/c.
