changing number of icons on bar

I have two questions...
How do I change the number of Icons that display on the bar? I now have 5 showing but I only want 3.

How do I get the True Launch Bar down on the Task Bar where the Quick Launch Bar would be?

Unlock the taskbar and change the toolbar width by dragging the separator at the right side.

TLB Settings->Toolbar->Minimum size
This option control the minimum number of icons on the toolbar.

How do I get the True Launch Bar down on the Task Bar where the Quick Launch Bar would be?

Unlock the taskbar and change the taskbar height to make two rows. The drag the toobar to the bottom.
