XP SP3

Start Killer was working fine, but suddenly I cannot access the START menu. Neither the WINDOWS button nor CTL+ALT do anything. There is no action when the cursor is moved to the left edge and clicked.

The icon is still in the notification area, and of course I can disable Start Killer on startup, but I will preserve this condition so it can be diagnosed as a bug.

Check the Start Killer options. Maybe you disable the start menu.

That's it -- "Disable Start Menu" was checked. I don't know how that happened, as the utility was running fine for quite a while.

Thank you.
