Lock Toolbar like Window TaskBar

TLB has an option of Lock toolbar. Once enable, TLB still can be undocked by moving vertical bar on the left or the top on the toolbar.

I have serveral docked TLB toolbars on the left of my desktop. My family member always accidentally move the toolbar out (even i enable the lock option).

My question is can I have a lock option like window task bar, once enable in the setting, it is not dockable (still can autohide)? or can I remove the vertical bar on the toolbar?

If not possible, other option i can go?

Lock option prevents the undocking when you click on the free space of toolbar. But you still can undock toolbar if click on the chevron at the left (top) toolbar. Sorry TLB can't to control this for the standard toolbars. I can recommend to try the standalone TLB. Standalone TLB can't be undocked by mouse.
