Hi every time i reboot my pc i have to right click the taskbar and select TLB from the toolbars list to get it back even with a fresh install of windows 7 x64 i still had the same problem, it works fine with windows vista x64 as i have a dual boot system it just seems to be win7 thats causing the launch trouble.

i have win 7 ultimate x64 and havent had this issue at all.
I am an Admin on that system - and UAC is low
