Button Properties Enhancement

It would be great if we can change the "Button Properties" for all new items in a menu or sub-menu. Now, we can only change the appearance of the button properties for current items.

Ex: I create a virtual folder and i want all the current & future items to have the context menu to "TLB Menu in submenu". I know i have the options in the settings windows (for the context menu), but i want to customize a specified virual folders and not all of them. By the way, it can be another button properties than the context menu (Default Command).
