TLB panel disappears after reboot

Hello.

It's so sad to check TLB panel active after PC reboot.
It's always switches off and disappears from taskbar...
Is there any solution?

Win7 final
TLB 4.4 stable
Should I provide any more info 'about system?

After investigation this problem, I've found that the Language bar can block TLB (and any other toolbar). Please can you try to move the Language bar off the taskbar or hide it. Generally this must help.

I'm searching the way to find the fix for this problem. Unfortunately this is the bug of the Windows, I've reproduced it even on clear Win7 with no TLB, but with the standard toolbars like a Desktop, Links etc.
