Recycle Bin

First off 4.4.6 is working great. I have the Recycle Bin on my Taskbar. I would like a single click on it to open the RB in an Explorer window. I tried using it's Button Properties 'Default command' but it doesn't work. I tried many of the commands but nothing happens when I click on the RB. Am I doing something wrong or have I missed the meaning of 'default command.'

Try to delete the current shortcut and create new. By default the shortcut open the RB in the Windows Explorer.

I was creating the RB as a menu since it was pre-defined. When I dragged it from my desktop to TL it works fine.
