TLB 4.4.6 (problem also noted on 4.4.4) under Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bit).
Using the Customize Menu Menu Caption button on any TLB menu causes explorer (the shell) to hang (detected by W7). The only way to recover, that I've found, is to restart the shell (explorer).
Extra information, although it might be misleading: Whilst explorer.exe was in this hung state, Process Explorer indicated that the calendar.dll (the TLB Calendar plug-in v2.0.0.0) thread was consuming the majority of cycles in explorer.exe.
