Apply Skin to Toolbar and Menu Not Working?

I am using standalone TLB with Windows 7 skin. Apply skin to toolbar and menu are both checked. However, menus appear to be using a different skin. Transparency is set to 18% on both. Am I missing something?

TLB 4.4.6 beta (64 bit)
Windows 7 Pro x64

Never mind, I found it. In TLB Settings Effects menu I set glass effect transparency to the inverse of my Transparency setting (82%). Now menus look like the toolbar. Very nice skin Yuri!

Last night I couldn't figure this out. Today I find it 5 minutes after posting. :lol: Well, maybe this will help another TLB newbie someday...
