Hello,

After many years of use with Tru Launch, I have a problem. Tru Launch does not work or responds very slowly when Outlook 2007 is open. When outlook is open and I am in there working, if I put my mouse over Tru Launch it sometimes does not respond or takes about 10 seconds to open. If I minimize outlook Tru launch works.

Other then this Tru launch works great but if Outlook 2007 is open and I am working in it Tru Launch does not respond. I realize this may be a problem with only my system as I have done a search and found nothing. Any help or ideas uninstall and reinstall?? I am running TLB from version 3.0

Operating system XP SP3
Tru Launch 4.4.10 RC2

Thanks Mike

Do the old versions have the same problem? Do you use the "Popup menu on mouse hover"?

I did not have a problem with the old ones. I do use the popup menu on mouse hover.

Tested on some systems - can't to reproduce the problem. Do you use any software like WindowBlinds or something other that can manage the windows?

Hi Yuri,

No I do not use windows blinds or anything like that. The strange thing is Outlook is the only problem, other then that TLB works great, with any other program open. Should I try to uninstall and reinstall TLB?

I also disabled all add in"s for outlook, still does not help.

In Outlook 2007, go to Tools > Trust Center
2. Click on the Add-ins section
3. You will now see all active, non-active, and disabled add-ins. Click on the add-in you want to enable/disable and then click on the Go button towards the bottom.
4. This will then open up the COM add-ins page. You can then check/uncheck the add-ins you want to enabe or disable.

Tested on some other systems, no problems. Please can you send the backup of your toolbar (TLB Settings->General Options->Backup). Maybe I'll reproduce the bug with your settings.
