WinXP start slowly when i used tlb with more than 180 icons

sorry ,my english is so poor.

my problem is: My TLB icons is more than 180 and the winxp start so slowly,about 3 minutes
but ,when i choose View-No Icons,is about 1 minutes

What can i do

What is your TLB version? Also can you post the screenshot of your toolbar maybe with the menu?

Generally if all 180 icons on the toolbar (including the menu with two arrows >>), this can cause the delay. If you create the menus and move most of icons into the menus, the load time will be reduced.
