not enough space for opened programs

Hi, I installed Free Launch Bar: it looks great and it works fine. But I do have one inconvenience.
On the taskbar, between my serie of icons on the left and the systemtray on the right there is enough space to show many opened programs. But it only shows two of them and the rest will only show up when I use the up-and-down arrows. How can I get all the opened programs showing so that I can easily access them? Or can't this be done with the Free version?

Right-click the taskbar, then click the "Lock the taskbar". This will unlock the taskbar and you can to resize the toolbars.
