Second standalone taskbar not remembering size on Win 7 x64

I have windows 7 x64 running TLB 4.4.11 RC3 on a dual monitor setup, whenever I reboot the TLB standalone bar on the left of the secondary monitor forgets how wide I had it set last time. The TLB standalone on the right of the primary monitor remembers its size just fine, they should both be the same size since they are both the exact same, quick launch bars. Can anyone help me with the setting I am missing?

Please test the attached updated version. I recommend to open the toolbar properties and press OK for toolbars. So the right values will be save into the config.

I tried the file, but it seems like it is not saving the size still. I rebooted a number of times and still no change. The steps I followed were rebooted, physically resized the bar then right clicked the bar and went to toolbar properties then clicked ok then rebooted and when it booted it was small again. I did this at least 3 times with the same results. One thing I did notice though, it seemed the menus when they popped out were the correct placement on screen, but the bar just did not fill that space on boot, so it was like the bar was 20 pixels wide on boot and the menu would popup 220 pixels away.

Yes, negative coordinates is valid. The primary desktop always have positive coordinates, but the other desktops can have negative coordinates is they at the left side.

Please can you try to exit the standalone TLB (right-click then exit) and start it again without the rebooting. This bug looks like the second monitor is not initialized when TLB starts. So the restarting of standalone TLB only will show where the problem.

Ah, I see, I did as you asked and when I run TLB SA it creates the two bars the main monitor one is correct size but the second monitor one is back to the small size again. It seems to be rewriting the size settings on startup of TLB SA. here is the xml after a startup of TLB SA....

If this will not help too, please try to right-click the toolbar and remove the checkmark from the "Taskbar Mode" menu item.

I know you probably do not want to hear this but it still acts the same, even after unchecking the taskbar mode check and even after unchecking the taskbar radio button in toolbar properties as well.

Hmm... interesting results. I've attached the fixed version, but not sure this will help (I still can't to reproduce the bug). This version writes log file also. Please delete the existing tlbHost.log before running new version. Also save the standalone.xml before running tlbhost.exe, then post here both standalone.xml and tlbHost.log

Hmmm....did you find the location of the bad bit of code?? You mentioned the fixed version, but you seemed unsure, well you have figured it out I think, for the first time the SATLB started up correctly with the correct width!! =D> I will attach the log here and then also my SA.xml file. I started it a few times with the same results.
