ToDo List v3.0 plugin released

Changes:
* Added simple transparency support
* Added Cut/Copy/Paste context menu items
* Now it is possible to drag and drop the text into the plugin menu
* You can press F2 to edit the task

NOTE: This version require True Launch Bar v5.0 and newer.
