Menu padding
I recently installed 5.1 on my desktop running XPx64 (I was earlier running 4.x; I also have 5.1 on my Windows 7 laptop).
I'm using the Luna Element Compact visual style, and there's incorrect padding on both the top and bottom of the menu. I've attached two screenshots which show it. |

Actually version TLB 5.x works more correctly with the visual styles. So if the visual style reports the margins for the menu background version 5.x will apply these margins. Version 4.x had ignored margins.
