Toolbar Icons

When I am setting up a toolbar, and want a specific icon, I go to "TLB/Appearance/Change Icon".

At the "Change Icon" step, it shows an accelerator of Ctrl-I. This doesn't seem to work. It is probably conflicting with another assignment (Word - Italics).

That doesn't seem to be that uncommon a key assignment, so why/what is my mistake here?

Ctrl+I working well for the toolbar buttons, but only when the toolbar have the keyboard focus. You can "call" toolbar and set the keyboard focus by hotkey (TLB Settings->Toolbar->General->Activate toolbar hotkey).
