TLB v1.2.6 RC3 has been released - a small update

What's new:
*Support of system icon cache (for users of IconPackager)

Fixed:
* Bug in Drag & Drop of files with unicode names
* Explorer crash if using icon from Resplendent Registrar (also from some other apps)
* Some minor bugs

Notes:
To turn on using of system icon cache look for new option inside Advanced tab.

Is there going to be another True Launch Bar release candidate or is this the potential FINAL release.

I'd like to know so as to test it as a FINAL or a BETA.

If we find bugs they will be fixed. My goal is to make TLB stable as possible.
