Hello,

I have been notesting at a lot of forums when I try and upload a screenshot taken with the "Make Screenshot" plugin they are not being excepted because the screenshots are saved as ".jpeg" instead of ".jpg".

Can you please fix "Make Screenshot" plugin so it saves screenshots as ".jpg" instead of ".jpeg". You just need to remove the "e".

I am pretty sure anyway that the "Jpeg format" is always saved as ".jpg" with no e

Please can you fix this soon?

Thanks Big Grin

The update for the Make Screenshot plugin will be released later this week.

A small announce of the changes:
* save with .jpg instead of .jpeg
* capture window with clear background for glass or transparent windows
* capture transparent or glass windows into PNG with transparency
* improved capture region (added the zoomed image under the cursor, and position and size information)
* option to capture the mouse cursor
* capture one monitor only (where the mouse cursor is)

what I plan to make in the next release also, but not sure:
** count down in the plugin icon
** change icon depending of the capture mode
** a simple markup tool

A small image editor, to highlight something on the screenshot (lines, rectangles), to add text, crop image, and maybe to add some effects.

I really would love this!!! Big Grin

Sometimes when I take screenshots I like to add "Arrows" to point out things in the screenshot.

So this markup tool will really come in handy.

If you can could you add arrows like in this screen shot attached below? Or something very close to that style?

Also an option to change the color of the arrows would be really great.

And also being able to resize the arrors would be helpful too.

Yuri

Just one more thing if maybe you could answer please Smile

I notest that when I take a screenshot with Make Screeshot Plugin using "Region" I see just for like a split second a "folder icon" appear in the botton taskbar.

Do you know why this happens?

I do not see it when using the other options Default, Full Screen, Window ,Application

Is there anyway you can make the "folder icon" in the taskbar not appear even when using "Region"?

I am thinking maybe this is a bug or sopmething?

Thanks again

Yes I know. When you take a "Region" Make Screenshot take the full screen screenshot, then shows the full screen window where draw the copy of the screen. I guess you see the icon from that window, before it draw at the first time.
