Bottom of Toolbar Fonts "cut off"

This may be a bug, or may be a set-up problem.

I just set up TLB on a Windows 7, 64bit machine. For some reason, the bottom of the fonts on the toolbar are "cut off" (e.g., the letter "E" looks like "F"). [see attached image]

In the Toolbar Options, there appear to be a number of adjustments but nothing that fixes this.

I've tried resetting to defaults with no help.

Any idea how to fix this, or if it's a bug?

This is bug Thank you for reporting. I'll fix it in the next version.

Right now it is possible to fix it:
1) Increase the icons size
2) Make the toolbar buttons font smaller
