* Improved HTML emails view
* Fixed: incorrect ports for SSL and TLS secure connection in the account properties
* Added: CC field into the Reply dialog box
* Fixed: TAB key is not working in the Reply dialog box
* Added: Save the Mail List maximized state
* Added: Hide from the list action into the filters
* Added: Forward messages action into the filters
* Added: Reply to all feature (drop down menu of the reply button)
* Added: Forwarding messages from the messages list (drop down menu of the reply button)
* Some minor changes

Thanks for the update, Yuri, great set of new features.

However, I have found two bugs so far, one of them being quite bad:
- when loading a message, the "message" and "source" panes stay empty (the message can't be read).
- the "no-new-email" doesn't appear in the taskbar. The button is still there and functional though (see attached file).

Hmm... this icon is in the old format, Mail Monitor don't supports old icon formats. I'll add this support in the next version. Thank you.
