Hello,
I'm using:
MicrosoftR Windows Server 2008 Enterprise 6.0.6002 Service Pack 2 Build 6002
&
True Launch Bar v5.5.

Computers works like ordinary sever (not a member of domain)

The method: "open gpedit.msc and all values under User configuration->Administrative templates->Desktop set into Not configured. If they all are already in this state. Change them into any other state and return back into Not configured" doesn't help.

I have not unly unsaved position, but unchecked TLB toolbar after reboot (and enabled quick launch toolbar instead)
And after every reboot I have to disable quick launch, re-enable TLB again then set the aproppriate position.

I will be noticeably happier if that can be helped : )

Thank You

First try to update TLB up to version 5.6

If this not help, try to force the explorer exit. Not sure what method working on Windows Server 2008, but try both:
1) Open the start menu, then hold down CTR+SHIFT and right-click in the Start menu. Select "Exit explorer" menu item
2) (worked on XP) Open the shutdown dialog box, hold down CTRL+SHIFT and press Cancel. This will close the explorer

The start explorer.exe via the task manager. When explorer exits, it saves the configuration, so this can help.
