Edit/Delete files in Batch Run

Edit/Delete files in Batch Run
I created a batch with a few files. Now when I remove one of the files or edit another one, they come back after I reboot the system. I am on Windows 7 64 bit version. Any clues?

I've updated the Batch Run. Now it saves the settings.
