Three enhancements would be nice:
1. The ability to select multiple items in a menu. I wan't to write scripts to perform function on the selected items. Maybe the skins spec could support a sixth button state - normal, hover, pressed, open active, open inactive, and "selected"
2. Related to 1. and requested before (I would like to see it too): allow 2-state buttons and menu items - on/off, checked/unchecked. Up til now i've been using a script to change the icon from a tick to a cross when a button is pressed to acheive 2 states.
3. I think I read this suggested before also: what I want is different colored menu items. "button color" could be added to the button context menu. You could make this more flexible by allowing multiple button styles in the one skin (tlb already allows multiple button styles - menuItem, menuItemSubmenu, button, buttonVert, etc. which could be extended to allow the user to choose the style for a button/menu item)
I would use all these features alot - please consider,
