The mail monitor plugin has a bug with the notification alert time schedule. The time fields are not in 24 hour (military) time format so you cannot disable the alert notification sounds between say 19:00 and 07:00.

I really need this function to work properly.

Thank you for bug report. Actually the time fields have the AM/PM part, but the fields width is small to show it. Use the left/right arrows on the keyboard to reach the place where you can change AM/PM.
