Line edge shows continually on screen

I've started using True Launch Bar today and it's a fantastic program.

However the right hand shadow edge of the toolbar in expanded mode now appears on every single screen I view. Screenshot attached to show what it looks like.

   

The only way I can get rid of it is to shutdown the computer. However when I expand True Launch Bar again, it reappears.

Is there any solution to this?

Try to turn off the option TLB Settings->Menu->General->Show Shadow.

Please can you send me the backup of your toolbar? I'll try to reproduce the problem with your settings. You can make the bacup file in TLB Settings->Options->Backup.
