[Feat. Req.] Horizontal Scrolling

Is it possible to add "Horizontal Scrolling" feature in Tordex Wheel sofware?
For example if we use mouse scroll with a customized button say "ctrl" or "win+alt" or "alt gr", the mouse uses its scroll horizontally rather than vertically.
