Although It worked well for years in WinXP/SP3, when there seemed to be a problem with it, I uninstalled it and even tried to eradicate it from Registry, so as to have a clean start with it. Neither the original, nor the latest version allows me to select 'FreeLaunchBar' from Toolbars in the context of Task Bar, because UNLIKE for Quicklaunch, the option is not there. When I tried to create a bar myself from new Toolbars referencing the FreeLaunchBar folder, it did not have FreeLaunchBar characteristics. How can I rehabilitate FreelaunchBar ?

Please can you post the screenshot of your "Toolbars" menu?

I have tried and the name has appeared below, so maybe I have succeeded.

You have to make some registry fix. Download this file, unzip and run the file !Repair TrueLaunchBar.reg This will restore the deleted registry keys and you'll see all default toolbar and FLB.

Note maybe you have to restart after applying !Repair TrueLaunchBar.reg

Sorry to report that running the registry patch did NOT produce the wanted improvement. There is STILL no FreeLaunchBar in the Toolbar menu, not even after rebooting.

Are there any changes in the Toolbars menu? Usually this menu contains some other items like Address, Links etc.

Hi,

I have the same problem with my new Windows10-laptop. Tried everything above (including registry fix, rebooting,...) but still no "Free Launch Bar" in the toolbar-menu.

How can this manually be fixed?
