[solved] TLB 6.5 causes some toolbars to lose their borders

I just updated to TLB 6.5 (64-bit) on Windows 7 (from 6.2). I have 6 standalone toolbars. One (and only one) of them has now lost its borders (which in Windows I always maintain as thick and with a different color, so that window sizes can easily be changed).

Please can you post the screenshot of the toolbar without border?
