I've found two pages with settings for hotmail:
http://www.firetrust.com/hotmail_pop3
and
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windo...e-from-app

Try both, or search on hotmail website for POP3/SMTP settings.

Yes, you can enter the url as mail reader.

what url as mail reader? https://col125.mail.live.com/default.aspx ?

POP server: pop3.live.com
POP server port: 995
POP SSL required? Yes
User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@hotmail.com
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live
SMTP server: smtp.live.com
SMTP server port: 587
SMTP Authentication required? Yes (same as POP3 username and password)
SMTP TLS required? Yes

WITH SETTINGS ABOVE, IT SAYS INVALID USERNAME/PASSWORD

Incoming (POP3) Server
Server address: pop-mail.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encrypted Connection: SSL
Outgoing (SMTP) Server
Server address: smtp-mail.outlook.com
Port: 25 (or 587 if 25 is blocked)
Authentication: Yes
Encrypted Connection: TLS
User name: Your email address
Password: Your password

WITH SETTINGS ABOVE, IT SAYS OPERATION TIMED OUT

i cant find true launch bar or mail monitor as process in task manager, or service, ... i am suspecting on my windows firewall but idk what to put on exclude list?

and one more thing, when i choose chrome.exe as mail reader, when i click on icon (while having those problems and stay unconnected to my account) it just open chrome with no adress no nothing... i hope this works when i connect and click it open my mail page...

I've attached the settings for hotmail account if you get the timout, just increase this timeout. The mail reader is
Code:
https://mail.live.com

Also note you have to enable the pop3 in outlook.com settings

Also I'm not recommend to send messages via Mail Monitor. Microsoft is very paranoid and can block POP3 for account (I got this block).
