(Request) Disable "Markup Tool" for Hot Keys in Take Screenshot?

Hi Yuri,

Is there anyway you could add a option so you can disable the "Markup Tool" when using Hot Keys only? See I like using the Markuo tool when I press the "PrtSc" button from the desktop however I use "Ctrl+R" hot key for my remote so I can take screenshots in XBMC and I rather not have the Markup tool popup when in XBMC.

Would this be possible?
