Windows 10 : icons not centered on left taskbar

Hello,
I use TLB since many years (since Windows XP). But with Windows 10, I have a serious problem:

The icons are not centered on the taskbar. It's for me a big issue (I have stopped using TLB because of it since win10).

This bug appears only if you have your taskbar on left of right side.
Let me show you through a screenshot.

Is there a way to center it?

See the attached screenshot for option you need. Also I've marked by arrow the option to make the buttons like horizontal toolbar.
