Have a weird one...

For some unknown reason Alt A and sometimes Alt H will load at Windows 10 startup but ONLY if the computer was shutdown with Windows Shutdown command but NOT with Restart or Hibernate.

I have no TLB HotKeys in my windows startup so I should never see any TLB screens popping up on Windows startup.

Any ideas?
Do you need any TLB files?

For some reason the problem fixed itself. Have no idea why but I'm happy.

Whoops... spoke too soon; the problem is back.

The screen pops up as Windows is loading at the desktop. The next item that loads clears the popup.

It is most frustrating as the popup takes up the whole screen so it is there then not there.

Sorry for misunderstanding. What popup do you mean? Is this TLB Settings dialog box?

It's one of my custom pop ups (see JPEG). It also has a Hot Key of Alt A.

It used to only happen on a full normal Windows startup but is now happening on the Hybrid startup as well.

Just did a Windows 10 Restart & my custom screen associated with Alt H popped up at Windows desktop boot up.

It seems the Alt keys are randomly popping up at boot up.

No, no. This effect is result of two options:
1. Load at Startup (right-click the button that opens this menu and find Load at Startup in "Appearance" submenu)
2. Tear Off Menu (Right-click inside your big menu)

TLB opens the torn off menus with "Load at Startup" on startup.

Ahhh... Thanks so much.

I think that was it.

Questions...
1: Why does Tear Off Menu automatically evoke Load at Startup? That does not seem to be an option that I would want to have automatically implemented but would rather have as a manually applied option.
2: I looked at all my other Tear Off Menus & they too had Load at Startup implemented yet they were not loading at Windows Startup. Why is that?

Thanks again.

This is getting really weird.

Turning off the Load at Startup has brought up a new problem...
1: After Win 10 boot up only 8 of my 11 Hot Keys are accessible.
2: 10 Minutes later 10 of the 11 Hot Keys show up.
3: 20 Minutes after boot up all 11 of my Hot Keys show up.
4: The above is very repeatable as it is now happening on every boot up.

SEE: 3 attacked JPEGS.

Got ALT H working again (it had stopped working completely). I deleted the HotKey (ALT H) & simply applied ALT H again to the same popup screen. For some reason ALT H now works correctly.

Did the same to the ALT A popup screen. It is now working again EXCEPT it is still loading upon Windows boot up at desktop.

Any ideas how to stop ALT A from always popping up at the desktop boot up?

Thanks
