Hi,
I don't use it, and I don't use transparency at all.
Therefore I highlight this bug only for information about a feature claimed but not functioning: the tooltips transparency doesn't work on my system Win XP Home SP1, TLB 2.2.
Does it work for others?

I've never used it before, but no, it doesn't work on my current system, either.

Tooltips transparency works only on Windows 2000 ???
