Hello Everybody
Our TLB Setings>Menu appearance is only partially functioning. We think there might be a conflict with another program we are running called Display Set. You can learn about it here:

Thanks a lot
We need a little more information to be able to duplicate this problem. What version of TLB are you using, what OS, etc.
Thank you.
Hello again,
We temporarily forgot about this thread but here we are now. In the TLB settings the color changes are reflected in the example menus but not in the actual menus. The other program we were referring to is called "Displayset." http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,8083,00.asp
It allows lots of customizations of Windows appearance and it perhaps clashes with TLB appearance settings. We are not sure.
Thanks

I test displayset but do not see any bugs Can you post screenshot of the problem or tell more information about the bug?
Here is the screenshot of the settings and a screenshot of the actual menu.
This is not a bug
Turn on the option Use custom menu colors and TLB will use all colors for your menu.
Thanks Yuri, it works fine now. :p

Well we did click on the Use custom menu colors and it did change things to the proper settings but now we wanted to try some other colors and we find we cannot change any colors in the menus anymore. They will not change in the TLB settings.

see on screenshot how to change colors
Yuri,
We did click on the "Menu Text Color" icon and the color selection did pop up. We then clicked on another color besides the current color and nothing happened.

But the good part is that, after a little testing, I found that exiting TClock restore things to their normal behavior. Looks like the two apps are clashing in some way.
Hope that helps.
Actually we are not using Tclock on one computer but still have the prob. Perhaps there is a prog clash as we suspected. We think it might be "Display Set".

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,52764,00.asp I've tested TLB with "Display Set" and do not find any clash.
I'll try to fix clash with TClock and maybe your problem will be fixed too.
Hello everybody
The testing computer at work has both Display Set and Tclock and has no display problems.
On the computer at home we have Display Set and do not have Tclock. We now do not believe it is a problem with Display Set. Both computers are 98SE & IE5.5SP2.
We need to really check the difference of which programs are at work but not home. Also we will uninstall TLB at home and reinstall to try again.
Thank you.
