TLB doesn't start !

hi there

I have a big problem. As I installed TBL, they doesn't start. I have restarted my PC often but it takes no effect.
So, must I installed anything before ?? Like .NET Framework or something else ?

My OS are WinXP +SP1

It's not so easy in every time.
I had the same problem, but it was not so easy to repair.
Windows XP "don't remember" the values sometimes.

In my case it was a key in the Registry.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

in this key the actual Value was "NoSaveSettings = 1"
but it should be "NoSaveSettings = 0"

Then a new Windows start.

After that make your changes, may be QuickLaunchBar off and TrueLaunchBar on and start Windows again.

Voila, it works correctly
