Blue Visual Style while using Text with Icons - shows up incorrectly

Whenever I use the Blue (Luna) Visual Style and I set my menus to be Text with Icons while using the Luna Skin I get a different color background. Is there any way to fix this?

get another visual style or modify this one. or keep using text mode.
