Colour Tool - For skinner types

Hello Everyone
We found a colour tool that may or may not be useful for some of you who like to really customise everthing. The TLB settings does most colour changes anyone might want but just in case you have a problem (like us) and the problem is NOT the TLB then you can change colours manually. The tool noted here is for easier selection of colors choices.
It is called BITS.
