Hello,

After upgrading to the last TLB version I have following BUG:
after System start explorer uses 100% CPU. If I kill and start explorer new, it goes to =>0% CPU.
If system starts without TLB enabled, then CPU load is also 0%.

Tell your system details.
Generate error report with TLB and copy it to here

Do you use Mail Monitor plugin? If so change connation type into LAN or Modem.
