System specs:

TLB - 2.2.0.7
WinXP SP 1
IE6 6.0.2800.1106
All plugins are the latest version

Net monitor problems:

I did a fresh install of net monitor. Everything is fine except that none of the skins displays the bar graphs. All other information is properly displayed.

Mail monitor problems:

I have mail monitor configured to notify me of new mail w/ an icon, but the icon doesnt display when new mail arrives.

Cmdline problem:

Hotkeys configured to open webpages suddenly die. For example, i have "Alt + 1" cofigured to open yahoo.com. I'll surf the web and perform other tasks and then attempt to access yahoo via the hotkey; however, the webpage does not open while the hotkey association is maintained. Alias commands can still be performed, but hotkey's die and can only be revived by restarting windows.

Could this problem be caused by windows forcing hotkeys to be "alt + ctrl + [hotkey]". To see what im talking about, do the following:

-create a web shortcut on the desktop
-right click shortcut and click on properties
-under "web document" tab in the shortkey box, press any key.

windows will automatically insert "alt + ctrl + [hotkey]."
