Quote:Perhaps what we see now is just the foundation for some innovative features which tie in to the True Launch Bar.
May be Wink

Quote:P.S. How is it that Mail Monitor relates to incorporating the system tray into TLB? I don't understand.
Plugins are the future of True Launch Bar. Before TLB only way to show something on taskbar was system tray. And most (all) other mail monitoring software uses this. Mail Monitor replace systray because place icon and animation into Quick Launch area where you already have icon to launch Outlook Express or any other mail client.

Hi all. Smile

If at all possible, I'd really like for the main Mail Monitor window and the quick reply one to be "independent" from each other. Wink
As it is, I cannot copy text from the main message window to the quick reply one unless the latter is closed.
Once opened, I cannot access the main window anymore.

Hello again. Smile

What about the option to log only the messages that were automatically deleted? Wink

Some more suggestions. Wink

- Resizable quick-reply window or an "Auto-wrap" function, so long sentences don't need horizontal scrolling.
- "Delete All" button.
- Option to "Hide/Auto-Hide" Source/Message/Headers pane.
Useful when you leave the Mail Monitor window opened most of the time (in a 2nd monitor, for example). Smile

I would like to suggest for Mail Monitor 2.0 a window that informs the user when the mailbox was last checked and when the next check will be.

Hi all. Smile

I know I have already suggested something similar, but I had a re-think:
- Option to have two log files: one for the messages "Deleted by filter" and the other for the ones "Manually deleted".
(or the option to only log the ones "Deleted by filter").

Thanks. Wink

Hi all. Smile

I don't want to sound impatient, but is there an approximate date for the release of Mail Monitor new version? Big Grin

To make Mail Monitor work same as True Launch Bar manner I think this would be useful feature for new version.

I don't know if this has been requested before, but it would be nice to be able to search for text in the Source/Message/Headers pane. From context menu and Ctrl+F.

First of all, thanks for a great program and plugin.

I have one proposition:

1. make a possibility for rules to change notify icon (which i see at taskbar) when i receive message by one of rule.
2. If can't change icon, maybe you can change tips with notify, that you received "ruled" e-mail, but icon - better :-)

I would ask for ability to filter on “raw” header values. For example, subject lines in Russian can be encoded in windows-1251, koi8-r, and several other rarely used encodings. Of those, koi8-r usually means a legitimate e-mail, windows-1251 means an e-mail from an newbie who has not yet learned the customs, and Windows-1251 capitalized (while technically legal) is most likely spam. I would like to tag messages where Subject Contains(MC) =?Windows-1251? as Suspect Spam. If I enter this in Mail Monitor 1.9.4 (can’t test in 1.9.8 right now, sorry), it doesn’t filter out the spam, supposedly because it is decoded before applying the filter.
