* At Settings|Toolbars screen please allow user to type in path to folder rather than just browse for folder.

* Also allow user to edit path to toolbar.

* At Settings|Toolbars screen please allow user to double click on toolbar and TLB will switch to that toolbar

* Auto sensing toolbars - Allow user to link toolbar to application and have TLB switch toolbar automatically when that application is started. The way to do this I think is to put the specific toolbar needed into the launch buttons RELATED field.

* Tear off toolbars. Currently you can undock by holding Left mouse button or right mouse button. Change the right mouse button action to undock *and* turn on a second copy of TLB in the toolbar area so the user then has TLB in the toolbar area and a second floating copy (which they then can float or dock)

Yes. I can see where having the toolbar to be launched in the related field would work very nicely. Neat solution.

I vote for this.
