was there a reson to make a new post for that? go to folder options and make sure it's set to show allt hidden files. and you can't see the hidden tlb files from TLB menu, you must open explorer...

if you are using tlb v.2.2 then it alwais creates tlbdata file inside toolbar folder. Use Folder Options from control panel to turn on hidden files in explorer.
