Sub Menu Appearance on click

I'm running v4.1.2b.

I have my sub menus set to "appear on click".

They do, the ones for the button on the bar itself. But the menus that come from items on the button menu still respond to only being pointed to... they do not wait to be clicked.

Can this be adjusted, or have I just set something wrong?

Go into TLB Settings and click on the Mouse section, and check that you have "Popup Submenu on Hover" enabled, if so that would be the problem.

You're right.. It's in the config and coordination of those settings.
