Make Related links expand from item?

I'm not sure if you can do this already, but...

I like the Related option, but it's a bit of a pain to have to right-click, select 'Related' and then select the link... it'd be way cool if the related links expanded from the item they are added to (ie. so the item behaves like a submenu, with the related links as submenu items.)

Icons for related links would be nice too.

Yes, that is quite similar; in fact that'd be cool, being able to assign all your favourites as related items (even keeping the folder heirarchy of your favourites) to your web browser.
