OK, I've attached example "Mail Monitor.plugin".
Copy it to your toolbar and investigate the filters.

Small explanation:
The filters have two rules:
1) Mail for Me - mark message as approved. The conditions have all variants of the TO field value you want to have.
2) Mark all Others - mark all other emails as spam.

I've used my email to test filters. You can replace it with yours.
