OK, I've found the bug. Wheel works only if VC in the menu. And don't woks when it os on the toolbar Sad

This is not a bug of VC. This is the bug of True Launch Bar. So in the next version of True Launch Bar this bug will be fixed.

Q Section Wrote:When we were installing this we saw v 2.1 on the top of the installer window. We closed the TLB and reopened it to no avail. In Explorer it says v 2.2.0.0 for the tlbvol.exe and the volctrl.dll.
Now I see, in the caption VC show version 2.1 but this is version 2.2 if the properties dialog looks like this:
