I know about only one problem with icon. Some application shortcuts lost icon after update. On of these applications iTunes. If you move shortcut to iTunes from Start Menu then after next iTunes update this shortcut will be broken.

I believe I set the icons through TLB 9so as to make backing them up easier).

Isn't this what I should be doing? Or should I set them via the "normal Windows" process?
