Can not access TLB in my Task Bar

The site is really helpful, I downloaded the "xp_taskbar_desktop_fixall.vbs" and and the "Toolbar Repair.exe"

run them once, and got my toolbar control back!

I appreciate very much of your help, and I am most pleased of getting a solution relatively simple and quick.
