Moving QuickLaunch folder to another location?

Open TLB Settings->Toolbars
Create new toolbars there. Every toolbar have the name and the path. Press OK and now you can switch toolbars via context menu->Switch toolbar.

Other way: close TLB. Move (or copy) folder MyName> AppData> Roaming>Microsoft> IE> QuickLaunch into any location. Now right-click the taskbar, open Toolbars submenu, hold down CTRL+SHIFT and click "True Launch Bar...". TLB will ask you for folder location.

These two ways can be combined.
